Our programs are intended for adult participants who can engage in business planning exercises and reflect on economic scenarios. We design materials with Singapore audiences in mind but welcome international learners subject to local restrictions.

Participants must be at least 18 years old. If you are enrolling someone younger than 18 for a course, you confirm you are the legal guardian and have the authority to enroll and provide required information.

You agree to use Vasanta services lawfully. Use that violates local laws, promotes fraudulent business schemes, or harms others is prohibited. Examples of prohibited conduct include falsifying credentials in case submissions and using course materials to mislead third parties.

Some Vasanta offerings may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. By enrolling, you confirm that participation does not violate local laws or export controls in your country. Practical case examples may reference Singapore regulations and are not a substitute for local legal or tax advice.

Account and Access

To access certain features you may create an account with Vasanta. Account creation requires accurate personal details and a valid email. Accounts enable course enrollment, tracking progress through case studies, and storing submitted exercises.

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information. Use of fictional or misleading data in applied scenarios undermines learning; repeated misuse may result in account restrictions. Correct inaccuracies promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.

Keep your account credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We recommend unique passwords and caution when sharing devices. Vasanta is not responsible for losses resulting from compromised credentials where the user failed to follow security guidance.

Accounts and subscriptions are personal and non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing. Transferring access without approval may result in suspension.

If your account is compromised, contact us at [email protected] and include details such as your registered email and recent activity. We will take reasonable steps to secure the account and advise on next steps.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where continued access poses a security risk. Suspension may affect access to course materials and case archives.

Services

Vasanta provides educational services focusing on mindset, practical exercises, business scenarios, and coaching. Materials include curated case studies, templates, and guided reflections. Services aim to develop informed economic thinking through applied practice rather than promise specific business outcomes.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or offerings. When material changes occur to paid courses, existing participants will be notified and where appropriate provided transitional arrangements or equivalent alternatives aligned with prior commitments.

We strive to make online materials and scheduled sessions available as advertised. Occasional interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We publish planned downtime when feasible and provide case-based alternatives such as recorded sessions or supplementary exercises.

User Conduct Rules

Participants should follow conduct guidelines that promote constructive learning, respect, and the integrity of practical case work. The following list provides concrete expectations and scenarios to illustrate appropriate behavior.

• Use respectful language in forums and live sessions; disagreements should reference facts or case details rather than personal attacks.
• When submitting case materials, disclose if scenarios include simulated or anonymized data; misrepresenting outcomes to gain advantage is prohibited.
• Do not redistribute paid course materials or templates without permission. Sharing may be allowed with explicit written consent for education partners.
• Follow scheduling and cancellation policies for coaching sessions. Repeated no-shows may result in reduced priority for booking.
• Respect confidentiality of peer-shared case studies unless express consent for wider use is provided.
• Use practical exercises for learning; using techniques to manipulate business markets or mislead third parties is forbidden.
• Report suspected fraud, misuse, or content that violates these rules to [email protected] with supporting details or screenshots where applicable.

User Content

Users may submit content such as exercises, reflections, case summaries, or questions. Content helps create real-world scenarios used in group learning and may be referenced anonymously in teaching materials.

You retain ownership of content you create and submit, subject to the license you grant Vasanta for educational use. If content includes contributions from others, you confirm you have the right to submit that material.

By submitting content you grant Vasanta a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display the content for educational purposes, including anonymized case studies and promotional descriptions of program outcomes based on aggregated data.

You are responsible for user content and must ensure it does not infringe third-party rights or include confidential or sensitive personal data unless you have consent. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Request removal of your content by contacting [email protected] with details. We will evaluate removal requests, balancing transparency and the integrity of learning resources. Removal may not be immediate where content is part of an active case study archive.

Intellectual Property

All original Vasanta course materials, branding, and site content are our intellectual property and protected. You may use materials for personal learning but must not copy, reproduce, or sell materials without permission. Examples and case templates may be adapted with attribution where allowed.

• Do not reproduce Vasanta course videos, handouts, or proprietary templates for sale or distribution without written consent.
• Do not remove activity, proprietary notices, or attribution from downloaded materials provided as part of paid services.
• When adapting Vasanta templates for public use, include appropriate attribution and avoid implying endorsement by Vasanta.

Paid Services

Paid offerings include workshops, coaching packages, subscription courses, and bespoke corporate programs. Pricing, duration, and deliverables are specified on the relevant purchase page and in confirmation emails.

Prices are listed in Singapore dollars and include a clear breakdown of deliverables. Case study sessions, one-on-one coaching, and group workshops may have different pricing structures reflecting facilitator time and materials.

Payments are processed via third-party providers. By purchasing, you authorize applicable charges and accept the provider's payment terms. Receipts and invoices are issued to the email provided during purchase.

Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle. Practical modules are released on a schedule with case examples and exercises. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. For one-off workshops, refund requests received at least 7 days prior to the event may be eligible for a refund less any card processing fees. For multi-session programs, partial refunds may be offered for unused sessions when cancellation is requested with reasonable notice.

You may cancel paid services according to the terms specified at purchase. If Vasanta cancels an event, participants will be offered rescheduling options or refunds for sessions not delivered.

Prices may be exclusive of taxes. Where applicable, taxes will be applied at checkout in accordance with Singapore tax law and displayed prior to payment.

We may update prices for future enrollments. Existing confirmed bookings will not be subject to price increases already accepted at the time of purchase.

Non-payment may result in suspension of access. We may use third-party debt collection services for outstanding balances where appropriate.

Disclaimer

Materials provided by Vasanta are for educational purposes and focus on practical case studies and economic mindset tools. Content should not be construed as professional business, legal, or tax advice. For decisions requiring specialist advice, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vasanta and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of educational materials or participation in exercises. Liability for direct losses is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable legal limits.

Third-Party Services

Third-party tools, payment processors, and external content providers are governed by their own terms. Vasanta is not responsible for third-party actions, and users should review the terms and privacy policies of those providers when engaging third-party services as part of a program.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, or where continued access undermines the safety of the community. Participants may terminate subscriptions in accordance with the cancellation policy for their plan.

On termination, access to course materials and community features will cease. We may retain anonymized case materials for educational records. Refunds on termination are subject to the paid services refund rules and any agreed-upon arrangements.

Privacy

Our privacy practices are described in the Vasanta privacy policy available at lovedpro.pro/privacy. The policy explains data collection, use, sharing, and retention practices relating to course participation and user content.

Communications

By using Vasanta services you consent to receiving electronic communications about account information, scheduled sessions, and program updates. Marketing messages will only be sent where consented to and include an unsubscribe option.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes that affect current participants materially will be communicated by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought in courts located in Singapore, except where alternative dispute resolution is agreed.

Dispute Resolution

Where disputes arise we encourage contacting [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under Singapore procedures. Parties may agree to mediation or arbitration as an alternative to court proceedings.
